Promenade - Verdansk
A named point of interest in the south of Verdansk, the Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale map.
What to look for
A commercial strip of shopfronts, awnings and low apartment blocks either side of a main road, with filling stations and small plazas along it. Street furniture is the tell here: signage, bus shelters, parked cars and shuttered retail frontage, rather than the industrial yards or open country that surround most of the map's other POIs. Buildings run to two or three stories, so frames are enclosed without being towered over. This merged East-West zone features residential complexes, gas stations, and commercial buildings. Known for its constant street brawls, it contains many routes for retreat or attack, acting as a bridge between Train Station and Hospital. The long straight road through it offers one very long sightline and almost no way to cross unseen.
