Lumber - Verdansk
A named point of interest in the east of Verdansk, the Call of Duty: Warzone battle royale map.
What to look for
A working timber yard: stacks of cut logs and sawn planks in long low piles, open-sided drying sheds, and a sawmill with conveyor gear and a crane. The stacked timber is the identifier, squared-off piles of pale cut wood that are usually the brightest thing in an otherwise green and gray frame. Wooded slopes rise behind it on the eastern edge of the map, so backgrounds here are trees rather than buildings or skyline. An industrial area composed of timber yards and sawmills. Combats here are medium-range and ambush-heavy amid piles of wood and machinery, mixing outdoor and indoor fights. Sightlines run long down the aisles between stacks and are cut off completely across them.
